Composition: 
Each tablet contains: 

Clenbuterol Hydrochloride BP 40 mcg 


Indication: 
To increase the rate of protein synthesis in muscle tissue and to increase protein to fat ratio in humans. 

Contraindication: 
Children or geriatric patients 
Individuals who have been diagnosed with cardiovascular problems should not take Clenbuterol. 
Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant 
Concomitantly with other CNS stimulants, adrenergic, or hypertensive agents 
In patients with hypersensitivity to Clenbuterol or other ingredients 
In patients with a history of GI bleeding, ulceration of the stomach, or gastritis 


Use in pregnancy: 
Although animal experiments showed no teratogenic effects. 
Clenbuterol should not be used during the 1st trimester of pregnancy because of its labour inhibiting action and it should not be taken shortly before childbirth. 

Adverse Reactions: 
CNS: Nervousness, tremors, ataxia, dizziness, restlessness, agitation, anxiety, insomnia and headache. 
Cardiovascular: palpitations, tachycardia, hypertension, angina, ventricular extrasystole, myocardial infarction. 
Metabolic: increases basal temperature/ pyrexia, diaphoresis and electrolyte disturbances: elevated serum CK; thrombocytopenia, hypoglycemia, rarely thyrotoxicosis. 
Respiratory: paradoxical bronchial spasm. 
Other: urticaria, facial, edema, cramping, relaxation of the uterine lining, gastric irritation, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, constipation, cough and local irritation, difficulty in urination & urinary retention and hypersensitivity reactions. 

Dosages: 20-40 mcg twice daily 

Overdosage: 
Overdose of Clenbuterol Hydrochloride may be characterized by: tremors of the fingers, significant sweating, headache and tachycardia. Extreme and severe overdose cases have presented with collapse, seizures, coma and death. In case of overdose Clenbuterol use should be discontinued. Stomach lavage with activated charcoal forced diuresis and symptomatic therapy should be performed 


Storage instruction: 
Clenbuterol should be stored at controlled room temperature below 30"C and protected from light
